Jess Bosse

I was born just outside Cincinnati, OH on August 7, 2004, and moved to Bowling Green, KY in 2018. From a young age I've loved art in all its forms and have known for a while I'd want to make it my career. I am currently living in Savannah, GA pursuing my BFA in Illustration, with a minor in Scientific Illustration, at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), on course to graduate in 2026. For the moment most of my art is that which I make for classes, as that takes up a lot of my time. For my whole life I have had an intense love for all things nature and always strive to bring that into my work. Story telling and education are my favorite focuses. My brain is often filled with many ideas and desires for what work I would like to do, but my biggest focuses are book illustration (and similar projects), science illustration focusing on flora and fauna (I'm a big fan of insects and marine life!), fantasy, posters, and anything experimental.
